Company History

Naperville Physical Therapy, owned and operated by Mary D. Rachford, PT, started as a one-person operation in 1994. Physicians quickly recognized us as a reliable resource, and with their confidence, we were able to build an excellent support staff of experienced physical therapists, currently employing six PT's. This growth required additional space, so in October 2001 we moved to a larger facility to provide patients a welcome environment in which to complete their therapy. After 10 years of business at 630 E Ogden Ave (2001 - 2011) we have made a progression to another larger space with a more open floorplan to be able to continue to provide first-class patient care.

Ownership of the company by a physical therapist ensures each patient is treated with the proper care and professionalism required to attain their personal goals set for physical therapy - returning to optimal health. Mary, along with her Business Manager husband, Gary, like to promote a comfortable environment for staff and patients. Together they have established a "Mom & Pop" operation in the healthcare industry - a welcome option these days.
